Our Vision
A new world is governed by a new breed of advanced-soul leaders who are cultured with a big heart, brilliant mind, impactful will-power and an enlightened consciousness. These Leaders of Leaders become agents of service and enlightenment in order to bring ‘a heaven on earth lifestyle’ for a new humanity and the new earth.
The Champions of Life Academy was envisioned by Master Del Pe to play the crucial role of spreading the wholeLIFE Education curriculum globally. Children and youth will be empowered to become world servers and leaders through COL’s immersion and enrichment programs, bringing progressive development, transformative social impact, and wisdom leadership. These champions of life will usher in and initiate a new advanced humanity that not only solves yesterday’s problems but charges forth to create a more enlightened future for all.
Our Mission
-
To develop ‘Champions of Life’ students who are trained and mentored to perform beyond excellence, and are unafraid to be extraordinary.
-
To introduce a curriculum befitting the ‘8 Types of Learners’, which progressively and holistically guides them according to their innate talents and natural temperaments, while also expanding their abilities into new learning pathways.
-
To develop children and youths into ‘Leaders of leaders’, as early as possible, by equipping them to become world-servers guided by a big heart, an advanced mind, an impactful will-power and an awakened soul.
-
To prepare students to excel in advanced, emerging careers and new professions according to the priority needs of a new humanity.
-
To develop a grounded platform which qualifies students for higher training under the Aquarian School of Initiation to achieve self-mastery.

Completeness of the approach
The Completeness of the approach in COL Academy curricuum is revealed in the wholeLIFE Education approach, which is a progressive evolution along the path of Power, Love and Light. The trifold path to divine synthesis, the highest attainment of human development emulates the path of Will-Power, Love (conscience and emotional intelligence) and Light (mental intelligence). All greatness and nobility of the most advanced leaders emanates from the Trinity of Divinity. In the Champions of Life curriculum students will learn through the experience of experts around the world who embody these qualities and the integration of the Trinity of Divinity.

5 levels of Ascending Intelligence
The awakening and advancement of the 5 levels of Ascending Intelligence and the ability to functionalized these faculties for the service of communities, Humanity and the World is the barometer of the students maturity and development. The most advanced service in a group life formation accomplishing group projects, solving global problems and/or advancing human development are the group spiritual initations required to admit students for the Aquarian School of Initiation of the MDP Ashram.

Progressive Grading
Advancement of the student’s consciousness are also evaluated in the progressive grading of the level of self-realizations and self-actualizations at the individual level, thus, periodic examinations both written and oral interviews are done to guide students more accurately. Track records of group life, achievement, contribution and character assessments are all important part of the comprehensive and dynamic gradings into different roles.

Variants of Training and Mentoring Approaches
COL Academy’s dynamic and flexible training modules surpass the limitations of traditional learning pedagogies. We believe that teaching or traditional instruction should be enriched with training and mentoring to digest and enhance the dimensionality of learning. COL’s programs do this through an array of learning models such as it’s Boarding School Auxilliary Program, GAP-Year Immersion Program, Fully-Online Training and Mentoring Programs, as well as its Accelerator Camp Programs.

Self-Care and Good Health Principle
To allow the students to take good care of their health by learning Self-Care methods of energy medicine including but not limited to the understanding of food science, nutritional science and metabolic science. The Healing specialists from the senior faculty will engage them with periodic sessions of mentoring and healing to minimize or release blockages, hormonal issues or imbalances that come with puberty and adolescent life. COL believes in supporting the budding student leaders with a strong foundation through the 5 Levels of Health.

Principle of Knowledge
Knowledge is not only a source of power and money, but its is also a source of meaning and relevance. COL Academy trains students as early as possible to learn and assimilate the 7 Spheres of Knowledge categorized by Master Del Pe as the most complete and versatile platform to launch a wholeLIFE education. The student will eventually accumulate diverse knowledge with lateral as well as deeper intelligences wherein they become capable of performing beyond excellence across social, professional, leadership and spiritual settings. This will not only hone their ability to present themselves eloquently and confidently but also prepare them to communicate with relevance, like a world citizen, during local, domestic and international networking experiences.

Why COL Academy and why now?

1. Mental health can no longer be treated as separate from education
1 in 7 adolescents worldwide—approximately 14% of young people aged 10–19—experiences a mental health condition. Depression, anxiety and behavioral disorders are among the leading causes of illness and disability among adolescents.
The WHO also reports that half of all mental-health conditions begin before age 18.
Education must therefore teach more than academic knowledge. Young people need skills to understand emotions, manage stress, build healthy relationships and seek help when needed.
2. Young people are growing up with unprecedented digital exposure
Up to 95% of U.S. teenagers aged 13–17 use social media, nearly two-thirds use it every day, and one-third report using it "almost constantly."
The U.S. Surgeon General's advisory also reports that adolescents who spend more than 3 hours a day on social media face approximately twice the risk of experiencing mental-health problems, although this association does not by itself prove that social media causes those problems.
Young people therefore need digital literacy—not simply access to technology. They need to learn how to manage attention, evaluate content, recognize manipulation and use technology without becoming controlled by it.
4. Substance use and other risky behaviors cannot be ignored
The CDC reports that 1 in 10 U.S. high-school students had ever used selected illicit drugs in 2023. The CDC also notes that most adults with a substance-use disorder began using substances during their teenage or young-adult years.
At the same time, it is important to recognize that not every traditional vice is increasing. The CDC's 2013–2023 data show declines in several forms of adolescent substance use.
The challenge is therefore not simply "young people are using more drugs."
It is that young people need better tools for coping with stress, regulating emotions, making decisions and resisting unhealthy forms of escape.
5. Financial stress is affecting the transition into adulthood
Deloitte's 2025 global survey of Gen Z and Millennials found that:
48% of Gen Z respondents said they did not feel financially secure.
More than half reported living paycheck to paycheck, and more than one-third struggled to cover their monthly living expenses.
Financial pressure also intersects with mental well-being: only 52% of Gen Z respondents rated their mental well-being as good or very good, while 40% said they felt stressed or anxious all or most of the time.
Education must prepare young people not only to get a job, but to navigate money, uncertainty, career decisions and an increasingly complex economy.
6. The future requires more than technical skills
As AI and automation change the workplace, human capabilities become increasingly important.
In Deloitte's 2025 survey, more than 8 in 10 Gen Z and Millennial respondents said developing soft skills such as empathy and leadership is increasingly important for career advancement.
This points toward a different educational priority:
Critical thinking.
Communication.
Emotional intelligence.
Leadership.
Creativity.
Adaptability.
Self-awareness.
Resilience.
These are not "soft" in the sense of being unimportant. They are increasingly central to functioning effectively in a rapidly changing world.
3. Social media is now intertwined with youth well-being
In the CDC's 2023 national survey of U.S. high-school students, more than three-quarters reported using social media frequently—defined as at least several times a day.
Frequent social-media use was associated with higher prevalence of bullying, persistent sadness or hopelessness, and suicide risk. The CDC emphasizes that these are associations, not proof that social-media use causes these outcomes.
The new generation needs education in emotional resilience, healthy relationships, self-awareness and responsible digital behavior.
